The official press release:

The rapper L:Ron:Harald is well-known for his loud mouth and almost tangible male chauvinism in Denmark. But, as most people would know, his excessive use of put down terms and mucho macho attitude is merely a well staged gimmick.
With this art show, he demonstrates thought-provoking facets of the true man behind the explicit rhymes that made him famous. 25 brand new paintings are being shown to the public for the very first time.
L:Ron:Harald clearly takes the side of the women in the so-called ‘battle between the sexes’, with his new works which have been created partly on the basis of the old concept: This world would be a much better place to stay, if the control of all deadly weapons were left to women!
Truly a cliché if ever there was one, but nevertheless the outcomes are paintings which have a profound impact on the viewer. Part of the exhibition focuses on the abuse of women generally, with an emphasis on sexual abuse/rape. Therefore the well-known anti rape slogan ‘No Means No!’ is repeated in several paintings.
L:Ron:Harald’s new works are bold, daring and edgy, and demonstrate that the concept of graffiti may lead to many unexpected and relevant outcomes. The show consolidates the value of L:Ron:Harald as a visual artist, as he possesses the abilities to elevate the well-known mixture of letters and characters to a truly unique and highly interesting level.
So! Do you want to be thrilled, provoked, pressed to the max and maybe pissed off, then pay a visit to L:Ron:Harald’s new art exhibition at Graffitigalleriet. The 30 new pictures also include 14 large street signs that have undergone excessive changes, passing through the hands and wild imagination of the 43 years old Danish multi talent.
A special treat to some, threat to others, are 5 canvases measuring 1 x 1 m. One of these paintings represents clearly the most outrageous and provoking visual work exposed to the public in several years! Catholics – pay special attention!
